"You can flex your muscles and still be a lady."
Did she actually say that, Mike, or are you saying that quote encapsulates her? Either way, I like it. Certainly the White House garden she's installed echoes back to Eleanor's victory garden campaign.
The "quote" refers to the commotion she created by going sleeveless at a White House event.
